Since 1987, Marilyn has researched careers and
assisted individuals in their job search. While employed
by a vocational rehabilitation consulting firm, Marilyn
developed training workshops including:

Search"
- "Successful Job Interview Basics"
- "How to Land - and Manage - Follow Up Interviews"
- "Handling Salary Negotiations"
- "Finding Job Leads Using Multiple Resources."
Other training included coaching to the offer,
identifying job leads, and preparing resumes and
cover letters.
In 1990, Marilyn started her own firm and
provides personalized training to private clients,
veterans and disabled employees.
