Module I - Strategizing

Initial Assessment Meeting: 1 hr
Meet with the client face to face to assess his/her needs, identify issues or barriers to placement, identify needs for the job search, what the client has done to date, what strategy if any was used, any interviews, or results of efforts. Prepare a report that addresses these needs and what services will be provided.
Job Search Strategy Meeting: 1 hr
Review the goals for the job search, review a written plan of action that the employment counselor has prepared for the client's specific job search i.e. basic search, or more advanced search using multiple techniques and this will depend on the client's education level, experience and job goal.
Report Prep: 1 hr

Total : 3 hours: $225.

Module II - JSS Training
|
Individualized Job Seeking Skills Training: $75/hr, separately or together.
- Resume Prep, Cover Letter: 3 hrs
- Interview Preparation : 2 hrs
- Salary Negotiation: 1 hr
- Job Search Techniques: 2 hr

|
Total: 8 hrs: $600.
|
Module III - Placement /Coaching
|
Job Search Services: Report monthly Estimated placement services for 2-3 months.
- Provide leads, coach the client weekly
- Meet in person or conference call: 2 hours weekly
- 8-10 hrs per month depending on client's needs

Total: 10 hrs: $750/month.
**Total cost will vary depending on length of services.

Module IV - Monitoring
|
Follow Up: Contact monthly and report: 2 hours
